Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the domestic region.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days — $4.99 (Free on orders over $50)
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days — $9.99
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day — $19.99

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Damaged Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@yourstore.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.

International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
